The ear buds really good, sometimes they are not 100% but they do work really good,at the end the day we are dealing with AI and it is artificial so I don't expect it to be as smart as a human.

The product is nice when using general conversation. Watching videos is foreign languages. However, it lacks accuracy in professional communication. AI summary feature is very good.Final comment- One of the best products in live translation. Cheers
timely delivered, works well with family Spanish to English translations although there is a little more delay in the listen mode than I'd hoped for. Also, I just found out from your service team I could not use earbuds for simple playback of music or even U tube presentations which was disappointing as I will need to order different earbuds for that. Lastly, the earbud outside ear connectors supplied separately are usable, but product could be improved if somehow they could be permanently connected to the buds and remain in the bud case. You could make them removable for those who don't want to use them.
I was never good at languages. Having the T1 takes care of that frustration I go through every time. Opens up many doors for me.
I recently purchased a pair of translator earbuds and I’m very satisfied with the purchase. The device is compact, fits comfortably in the ear, and is barely noticeable even after long use. 블루투스 이어폰 통화 기능이 좋음, 통화 상대방 수신음성이 좋으며 실시간 통역도 지연시간이 짧아서 대화가 편함, 다만 했다 라는 단어는 했어 라고 사용도 되는데, 했어 라는 표현을 모두 의문형으로 통역하는 부분이 있어서 보완이 필요합니다. 문맥에 맞추어.. 그리고 한국어-러시아어 오프라인 통역 기능이 빠르게 지원되면 좋겠습니다.
Not as fast translating as I had hoped but it does the job with those who are patient and in quieter areas. Background noise challenges the AI.
I think they would have been better if the App gave wider ground to use one earbud and voice out of the phone or something. Is sad they block that and require another purchase for what could be easily part of this version.
I have only used them in simul mode but they absolutely worked perfectly.
I bought the W4 to communicate with my girlfriends parents who are Korean and I have been practicing with it with my girlfriend and it works so well!! This is such an incredible product and I can’t wait to be able to actually talk with her mom when I go to South Korea next year 😁 thank you Timekettle! This product can really bring people together. Oh! I also have a spanish speaking friend that I made while working on a jobsite and we have had to use the phone for translation. I have been teaching him some English and he has been teaching me some Spanish. He has been inviting me to go fishing with him and I haven’t gone yet but now we can put these in our ear and talk casually as we fish! 🎣

Hello. I've indeed started using the Windows 4 Pro AI and I must admit I'm still having a few minor issues getting the most out of it (using it for calls, translating documentaries on TV). We always want it to work perfectly right out of the box, but sometimes it doesn't, though I haven't given up hope of getting it working. Mais je tiens à préciser que les échanges avec le service client est d'une grande qualité et que le ou les interlcoteurs sont des personnes agréables et à l''écoute.
All'apertura del pacco si presentano ben confezionati, ottima custodia. Gli auricolari si posizionano con facilità e non danno fastidio. Ottimo il suono e la qualità. La traduzione è simultanea, qualche piccola distorsione di traduzione su qualche parola. Ottime le possibilità di gestione degli scenari. Consiglio sicuramente. La pecca sta nel prezzo, un po troppo alto. Il prezzo giusto è attorno ai 350,00€.
The product works. There is a little bit of lag but great for the price. Conversation is best background noise can affect translation. I will buy again if they include Waray Waray dialect the pro series.

I purchased my X1 primarily for two purposes. One for travelling across the asia pacific region. I tried it live in thailand recently using the X1 one on one feature with bluetooth connected to my mobile phone on roaming. Using the x1 was easy and the translation was accurate and easily understood by thai natives. Works very well and ideally connected to the internet via bluetooth/mobile on roaming to ensure prompt access to accurate translation
