If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Timekettle.co for any reason, you may request a refund at any time within 30 days of the purchase date (the “Return Period”).
- All items must be returned in their original selling condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with all their tags still attached.
- All items must be returned with their original boxes.
- All items must be returned in one package.
- For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
- For quality related warranty claims, Timekettle will cover the shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team by email@example.com for details.
- Returns may be rejected if product does not meet the above requirements
- It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window.
How to return an item or an entire order?
Step 1: Please contact our customer service team by firstname.lastname@example.org to start the return process with the following information:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Video or photo of the condition of the product
Step 2: Return the parcel back to the address as instructed by our customer service representative.
Step 3: Please contact us as long as the parcel is delivered to us or we will contact you the moment we receive your returned parcel.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Please note that if the product returned is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we will deduct a 10-20% restocking fee from your refund.
Timekettle accepts order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
