App User Agreement

Basic Terms

1.1. This Agreement is a service agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") between the voice translation service (hereinafter referred to as "this Service") provided by Shenzhen Timekettle Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as " Timekettle ") and its user (hereinafter referred to as the "User").

1.2 Timekettle hereby specially reminds that the User must carefully read all the provisions hereof (the minors should be accompanied by their guardians when reading this Agreement) before using this Service, especially all the provisions hereof that exempt, reduce or restrict the responsibilities of Timekettle and all the provisions that restrict the User's rights content.

1.3 The User downloading, registering, logging in, using and connecting to this Service shall be deemed as the User fully understand, accept and agree to comply with all contents hereunder. Thank you for trusting us when providing us with your information.

 

User Information Terms

2.1 Timekettle respects the legal rights of authorized users and the free choice of authorized users, and it will not collect and use user information in violation of laws, administrative regulations and the provisions hereof. It will only provide user information to third party in the form of information protection under the condition of user authorization or exemption stipulated in the User Privacy Policy. We do our best to protect the Users' private information, and cooperate with this User Service Agreement and User Privacy Policy to make more clear explanations and interpretations on the acquisition, authorization and use of user information of this Service.

2.2 Special note: The option to delete user information. Registered users of Timekettle have the right to apply to the customer service team of Timekettle for deletion of relevant information through Email: support@timekettle.co if they find any inappropriate or dissatisfied points during use this Service.

 

Usage Rule of this Service

3.1 The User fully understands and agrees that: the User shall independently and fully assume legal responsibility for all acts of registering, logging in and using this Service with its account number, including all user information provided to the Timekettle, and all acts and events carried out with its account number of this Service.

3.2 The Users agree to strictly comply with the following rules during the use of this Service:

(1) Comply with national laws, regulations, administrative rules and normative documents

(2) Comply with all agreements, regulations, procedures, notices, usage rules and other documents related to this Service;

(3) Do not to use this Service for any illegal or criminal purpose;

(4) Do not to use this Service in any form to infringe upon the legal rights of our Company and its operators;

(5) Do not to use this Service for any act that may adversely affect the normal operation of the Internet;

(6) Do not to use this Services provided by Timekettle to upload, display or disseminate any false, harassing, slanderous, racist, abusive, threatening, erotic or any other illegal information.

(7) Do not to infringe in any way any other intellectual property such as patent rights, copyrights, trademark rights, trade secrets enjoyed by anyone else in accordance with the law, reputation rights of third parties or the legitimate rights and interests of any other third party;

(8) Ensure that the relevant information displayed on this Service, including but not limited to the contents in the "II. User Information Terms" in the preceding Article, does not violate relevant laws and regulations and does not infringe upon the legal rights of third parties.

3.3 Timekettle has the right to review and supervise the use of this Service by the User. If the User violates any of the aforementioned agreements when using this Service, the Timekettle has the right to require the User to correct or directly and unilaterally take all necessary measures to eliminate or mitigate any impact of the User's improper conduct on the Timekettle, third parties, Internet services or social public interests. The Timekettle will not notify the User in any way before, during or after the aforementioned operation.

3.4 In case of any of the following circumstances, the Timekettle’s operator has the right to interrupt or terminate the provision of services hereunder (including fee-based services and free services) to the User at any time without any responsibility to the User or any third party, and the losses arising therefrom shall be assumed by the User alone:

3.4.1 The personal data provided by the User is untrue;

3.4.2 The User violates laws, regulations, national policies or usage rules stipulated herein;

3.4.3 The User fails to pay the relevant service fees for the charging service it uses according to regulations when using the charging service;

3.4.4 The User infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of individuals, enterprises, institutions or social organizations, including but not limited to patent rights, copyrights, trademark rights, or compellation rights, name rights, reputation rights, honor rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, etc.;

3.4.5 The User damages the image of supervision departments, state organs and the government; the User damages the goodwill or reputation and other legitimate rights and interests of the operator and its affiliated companies in any way;

3.4.6 The Timekettle’s operator has other reasonable reasons to believe that it is necessary to interrupt or terminate the provision of this Service to the User.

3.5.1 The User violates laws, regulations, national policies and this Agreement;

3.5.2 The User violates the third-party user agreement or the relevant provisions thereof;

3.5.3 The station to which the third party account belongs requests to unbind;

3.5.4 The platform or business to which the third party account belongs has been shut down;

3.5.5 According to laws and regulations, national policies and regulations or the requirements of the competent department;

3.5.6 The Timekettle’s operator has reasonable reasons to believe that it is necessary to unbind.

3.6 The User agrees that the Timekettle’s operator may place various commercial advertisements or any other type of commercial information in various ways in the process of providing this Service (including but not limited to placing advertisements on any page of the platform website), and the User agrees that the Timekettle’s operator may send merchandise promotion or other relevant business information to the User through e-mail, private letter or other means.
