If your order hasn’t shipped, contact the retailer to adjust the order. If the order has already shipped, a refund cannot be provided.
Once in effect, shipping protection cannot be canceled by you. The retailer or Extend may cancel the shipping protection in cases of fraud, material misrepresentation, or non-payment by you. Extend may rescind the shipping protection product or refuse to accept claims from individuals who Extend suspects have committed fraud or who otherwise pose an unacceptable risk of loss, as determined by Extend in its sole discretion.
Extend will provide notice to affected individuals and will refund amounts paid for shipping protection which has been rescinded by Extend. Such individuals will no longer be eligible to receive shipping protection. If your shipping protection has been rescinded and you would like to dispute Extend's determination, please contact us at https://customers.extend.com/contact. Shipping protection may also be canceled by the retailer or Extend if required by a regulatory authority.
