i have paid extra for expedited shipping, it was shipped a couple days later than expected , i hope to get reimbursed for that expense. i never received the earphones, i had demonstrated to the company that i was out of the country and could not have signed it, they are making me get some additional statement from USPS, i don’t understand why only that it is adding to my frustration. i should have had this product two weeks ago, one other time i had experienced nit receiving product from a different company, they promptly resent what i ordered that very same day

Before I bought these I purchased a cheaper set of translating ear buds and I was very disappointed with them. These W4 are excellent and more than met my expectations!

The Timekettle W4 Pro has honestly been a game-changer for me. I recently used it while traveling in Japan, and it made communication incredibly smooth and stress-free. The translations were fast, accurate, and natural enough to hold real conversations. The only annoying downside is the 5-6 second lag you'll receive during one-on-one conversations at times; especially when not connected to the internet.
I’ve also used the W4 Pro extensively with both Colombian Spanish and Venezuelan Spanish speakers, and so far I haven’t had any issues at all. It has worked flawlessly across different accents and conversational styles, which really impressed me.
The earbuds are comfortable, easy to set up, and the app interface is very intuitive. What I appreciate most is how natural conversations feel while using them compared to traditional translation apps.

It has many languages but the only downside is it takes about 5 seconds for your app/device to decipher what the translation will be then it plays in your ear. But you need to have the app open and running in order for them to work so when the phone is asleep it will run but not after a while because your phone pauses the app after a while. Last thing is that you need to use your phone microphone in order for the app to pick up the person that you need to translate. Most of it depends on telephone speed and app speed. But overall my grandma is very happy with it so far after a couple weeks of using it. She needed Greek to polish translation btw. Hope this review helps the public be not so weary because I know I was when buying it for my grandma. Thanks so far timekettle.
I bought a set of translators w4Pro AI. I was extremely happy with them. So much so my good friend asked me to purchase a set for him. He has received them and is also very happy with them. Excellent product!
The W4 Pro AI Interpreter Earbuds are faster translating one-on-one conversations than the X1 AI Interpreter Hub. The speed of translation of the W4 Pro AI Interpreter Earbuds is inconsistent. There are sometimes longer delays. I use a Samsung S25 phone to process, which has a fast processing chip and AI assist.
Will know better when I take them to Italy in Sept. just wish we had an off line Italian mode.

Nicht aufladen konnte mit PayPal.. und alles andere war nicht zu bewerkstelligen.. und wäre auch um einiges teurer gewesen.. das sind wohl noch Schwachpunkte an diesem Gerät.. auch, dass es nur unter Windows läuft und nicht für iPhone oder iPad ausgelegt ist.. Bitte versuchen Sie, das in Zukunft zu ändern… ansonsten ist das Gerät eine klare Verbesserung zum alten und um einiges besser als das Vasco Gerät, welche sich auch kurze Zeit hatte..
Overall, the translator is very good. The voice is clear, and the language translation is accurate. I have large hands, and I wish the blue and red buttons were further apart and not so close together. Also, the device sat in the off mode for 4 days or so, and the power level dropped from 100% to 53% without any use. Where is the power drain coming from? It's good for people with small hands. I wish they had the same device with a larger casing and separated blue and red buttons, further apart. Maybe put the red button lower on the side and the blue button closer to the top, but separate from the power on button. It's a good translator overall.
This product is very well put together, everything on the web page did come as was advertised. Bit of a challenge setting up German> English, This was to help translation faster. Bluethooth helped fix this will do a follow up after some usage

I purchased the W4 Pro and overall I am very satisfied with the device. The translation quality when watching videos and in calm environments is truly high — everything is clear, convenient, and very useful in everyday life. It genuinely helps to better understand English speech and feel more confident.
I would also like to highlight the concept of the product — it is strong and has great potential, especially for people who regularly interact with foreign languages.
At the same time, there is an important point that, in my opinion, needs improvement. Translation during phone calls is currently much weaker. There is noticeable delay, the response time can increase, and the translation is sometimes incomplete or inaccurate. In real communication, this creates difficulties.
It would be very valuable if future updates could focus specifically on improving this scenario — phone conversations. Considering the large number of Russian-speaking users worldwide, improving translation quality for calls could significantly increase the value of the product and attract a wider audience.

The translations so far work more or less perfectly... If I would have a wishlist for next model, is that the battery should become larger + the conversation mode improved as it makes quite a bit of misstakes right now. Otherwise improving the stored offline languages now and then as well as storing language pairs which need internet connection currently would be great.
Ok I previously purchased another, allegedly, premium brand and they were fake garbage. My W4 Pro's are not, they work as published. Very happy. The AI features are real, they are solid premium devices. I can recommend

I’ve found the translation to be very accurate, which makes a big difference when trying to communicate with someone who speaks a different language. During conversations there can be quite a bit of lag while it processes the translation, which can make the flow of the conversation a little slow at times. However, without these earbuds I wouldn’t be able to understand the other person at all, so I really appreciate having them. One feature I especially like is the written translation in the app—it’s very helpful to see the words displayed clearly. Overall, they’ve been a useful tool for communication despite the occasional delay
