I find the W4 Earbuds are much better than the Pros in design and comfort.
I wish the W4's could do call translation then they would score 5 star.
I see no reason why that is not possible with a software update in the app.
The battery life has doubled since the WT edge which is great. I find the earbud holder /charger quite large having got used to the WT edge earbud holder.
Translation seems quicker and more accurate than the WT edge.
I think a perfect product is just a software update away for a world's best seller. More people would buy the W4 as a travel companion rather than the W4 pro that has a large and cumbersome case/ charger.
I think that the question that must to be put to developer's and product manager is what problem are they trying to solve.
one on one and call translation with multiple off line languages would probably be the ideal product with the W4 earbuds..
All the other features that are included are mostly available in google translate.
So far they are working like a basic headphone and the translation is pretty good. But they fall out of my ear a lot, the length gets caught in my hair.

If you are looking for a top tier multi functional translation device these earbuds are a must have. They function as regular Bluetooth earbuds and also translates a variety of languages. I must say they are comfy in the ears at first I thought they would fall out but they didn’t they stayed in surprisingly secure. Easy to set up and start your bilingual conversation in seconds. Give one ear bud to the person you’re talking to and you wear the other one select your languages and the translation begins once someone starts talking. It makes conversation easy, seamless and very natural. I travel abroad often I can’t Imagine what I would do without these. While I am trying to learn Spanish it’s a long process and these help immensely. I use them at work also with customers and co-workers it makes a world of difference being able to bridge the language gap so easily. Does it get everything right all of the time probably not nothing is perfect but with a very high accuracy rate and constant updates this is pretty close. I was also able to finally watch this documentary in Spanish and understand it completely with the listen and play feature whatever audio your phone or TV is playing will be picked up and translated into your desired language. Definitely a game changer. If anybody is on the fence and you're undecided take the plunge you’ll be happy you did. These will be with me every time I travel or I just want to listen to some music or a podcast or watch something in another language. These truly are an all in one device.
Fairly decent device however, unable to be 100% accurate in word pronunciation even after several attempts from different voices. Great to have offline services as internet access can be challenging. Over-all a decent translation device.

*Update - I got the chance to test the noise isolation tech these at a later date in a noisy outdoor cafe (other people talking and music). Unlike other translators on the market, the new Bone-Voiceprint sensors work surprisingly well. Despite the external noises, the earbuds did not turn start translation until you actually speak, blocking out unwanted noise and speech. This is huge as my previous earbuds would start translating even when I didn't say a word. This dual pickup between the bone conduction and noise canceling mic is a game-changer. In addition, the context-aware AI with Babel 2.0 also cleans up what you actually said vs what you meant to say so if you fumble your words, it does a decent job of auto-correcting. I'd buy these again in a heartbeat.
I’ve owned all the products with the exception of the W4 pro and the X1. Each new product gets better. The W4 translators are amazing. and I use Tilekettle products almost most daily. It’s nice to use these since you can put your phone in pocket. Then Just relax and talk. The new AI assistance with translation makes it even more accurate. If someone doesn’t want to use the ear bud, then they can speak and hear from your phone while you wear the right ear bud.
I have owned past models and the new W4 has much improved detection and translation performance. The AI translation is faster and better at determining context clues to produce better quality, compared to the previous versions I have used. The earbud design is also more comfortable than in-ear models and has a sleek shape that is very modern-looking.
The only drawbacks are the lack of language support in offline mode - you're limited to a number of most common languages which seems like an artificial limitation in this day and age. It would also be great to see more real-time translation performance improvements because there is still a bit of a delay between speaking and translation, which in some contexts is no better than common translation apps.
If you're in the target market and demographic for this kind of device though, you will be well served by this product. It enables more complete conversation in users' native languages, which breaks down communication barriers in a lot of contexts.

These translation earbuds are sleek, comfortable, ergonomic, and intelligent. I use them for my international travels, video calls, and when I don't feel like reading subtitles while watching tv 😁. I use them mainly for Spanish. It has translation for about 20 different Spanish speaking countries. Sometimes I use them for Japanese and Vietnamese. If you have a weak data or internet connection, no worries because the offline version is available for you to continue translation. Setup and connecting to my phone was simple, quick, and easy. Customer support is very fast, reliable, and knowledgeable. These earbuds are absolutely worth the purchase!

Though I have not downloaded the off line portion yet, the online version works extremely well. There is a slight 2-3 second delay before it gives a very accurate translation from French. Quite frankly I was rather pleasantly surprised.
I love this case. It fits my T1 Mini perfectly. Wish it were available when I bought the device a year ago.

They exceeded all my expectations. I had previously ordered headphones with translation from other brands, but was disappointed.
The translation of a personal conversation, when I have one earphone and the other is with the person I am talking to, is accurate. Except when we speak too quickly.
A big plus is that you can turn on the AI translator, although there is a delay of a few seconds. But that's not a problem, because the translation is usually more accurate.
It translates lectures perfectly when I'm taking courses.
The phone mode and headphones also work perfectly.
The delivery could be tracked at all times. The packaging was secure.
I am very satisfied. I like the headphones. Excellent quality translation.
Although there is a minor drawback, I would prefer them to be slightly smaller.

This translator is very good and sometime does not clearly pick up the exact words. Overall this item is extremely good and really does work much better than other models for performance. I have only used the in call chat and not able to comment on all the features. It’s a really well made headset and very good for translation.
