1. Shipping Time

Your order(s) will be shipped within 7-10 business days from the date of purchase. If there are holidays, the delivery date will be delayed accordingly.

2. Shipping Services

Your order(s) will be shipped via DHL and EMS - some couriers do not accept shipping addresses to PO Boxes. You may choose your delivery courier at the end of your purchase, please be aware that Timekettle will not be liable for any charges incurred by the customs in your country.

3. Shipping Fee

Timekettle provides FREE-SHIPPING to any and all of our product(s) purchased on our official website (www.timekettle.co).*Please be acknowledged that import duties might occur by the customs authorities in some shipments, which won't be covered by Timekettle. 

4. Shipping Notice

For special shipping requests, please contact Timekettle at info@timekettle.co for the requests.

It is important that you, as the customer, confirm the shipping address before payment. If you enter a wrong shipping address, please contact Timekettle immediately to change it. If you do not contact Timekettle for change of the shipping address, you assume total responsibility for the shipment and Timekettle will not be liable for any losses and damages for the shipment in the event of a wrong shipping address provided by the customer. 

If you ask to change the address after the order has been shipped, Timekettle does not guarantee the successful update of your order's shipping. You are responsible for all possible risks and expenses caused by changing the address after the order has been shipped.

When you place an order, please be sure to enter the correct name, address, and contact information so that we can deliver your orders successfully.

Return & Refund Policy

1. You may request a return and refund service within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the package if 1) the product(s) has not been activated; 2) all packaging, attachments, accessories are still in new or like-new condition and 3) will not affect re-sale. Please be advised that once the package has been opened, Timekettle will charge 10% of the MSRP of the product(s) as depreciation. If you request a return and refund, please contact our customer service at info@timekettle.co within seven (7) days of receiving the product. The product must be arranged for return within three (3) days from the date you receive the confirmation of your return and refund application.

2. You may require to cover the shipping fee for return. Timekettle will not be held responsible for any losses and damages during return, and will not issue a refund until the product is delivered, and proof of purchase is provided.

3. We may reject Return & Refund Service under the following conditions:

× The Return & Refund Service is requested beyond seven (7) days of receiving a product;

× A product sent to Timekettle for Return & Refund Service does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or is damaged by user errors;

× A legal proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is not provided or is, on reasonable grounds, believed to have been forged or tampered with;

× Any damage caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including damages caused by exposure to moisture, entry of foreign materials (water, oil, sand, etc) or improper installation or operation;

× Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration;

× Damage caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, lightning strikes, or car accidentals;

× A product is not scheduled to return to Timekettle within three (3) calendar days after your Return & Refund Service is confirmed by Timekettle.

× Other conditions stated in this policy.

 

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do:

Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.

 

Replacement

1. You may request Replacement Service within fifteen (15) calendar days of receiving the product if the product suffers performance failure, or has damaged in transit with damage proof issued by the carrier. You must schedule the shipment within three (3) days your Replacement Service is confirmed by Timekettle. Timekettle will cover the shipping fee for Replacement Service. Timekettle will not be held responsible for any loss and damages during return, and will not proceed Replacement Service until the product is delivered.

2. We may reject Replacement Service under the following conditions:

× Replacement service is requested beyond fifteen (15) calendar days of receiving a product;

× Failure to provide legal proof of purchase, receipts, or invoices, or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with;

× A product sent to Timekeettle for Replacement Service does not include all original accessories, attachments, and packaging, or contained items damaged by user errors;

× A product is found to have no defects after all appropriates tests conducted by Timekettle;

× Any damage caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including damages caused by exposure to moisture, entry of foreign materials (water, oil, sand, etc) or improper installation or operation;

× Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration;

× Damage caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, lightning strikes, or car accidentals;

× A product is not scheduled to deliver to Timekettle within three (3) calendar days after your Return & Refund Service is confirmed by Timekettle.

× Failure to provide proof of damage during transit issued by the carrier;

× Other conditions stated in this policy.

 

When will I receive my replacement?

Within seven (7) calendar days, we will ship you the replacement after receiving the returned product from you.

Warranty

You may request Warranty Repair Service, if a product suffers performance failure during Warranty period. Any product(s) purchase from the Timekettle Official Store is subject to a Warranty period of twelve (12) months from the date of your purchase, and six (6) months for accessories from the date of your purchase.
